Do you really know who is installing the security system in your property?
We work hard to maintain and are proud of our NSI GOLD accreditation.
It is widely recommended in the UK that you use NSI or SSAIB approved installers for your Security Alarm system.
Watch this video clip from Fake Britain to see how easy it is to fall into the trap and trust rogue installers.
Using an NSI approved installer such as Stirling Alarms gives you confidence in the integrity of the alarm system installation, maintenance and 24/7 monitoring process.
A massive thank you to all our team plus friends, family, suppliers, delivery drivers and our postman who all donated towards the Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee morning recently held at our Stirling Electrical/Alarms office.

Systems are smartphone and tablet device enabled so you can view, control and receive notifications remotely.
Misleading headline when you then read the section on alarms but the moral of the alarm story is do not install DIY off-the-shelf systems, make sure your existing alarm is regularly serviced and it is best to upgrade or install a new modern smartphone / monitored alarm system installed by a professional security system installer.
It’s important to give honest experienced advice to each different installation so our customers receive a system which best meets their individual property requirements. No one system fits all!!

Always make sure your fire and safety detection is adequate and working.
For domestic premises we would recommend installing smoke and heat alarms from manufacturers such as AICO or Fireangel.
Fire detection devices should be installed as a minimum in hallways/landings(smoke), kitchen(heat) and daytime areas(smoke)(eg living rooms).
These devices should all interlink meaning when one device sounds the rest sound and ideally all alarms be mains operated and must have a battery back up.
Carbon Monoxide alarms should be fitted in every room that contains a solid fuel burning appliance. eg boiler, open fire, gas cooker.
More information on Carbon Monoxide detection rules.
